Unthemed Peglaci Character Extender

I thought the peglaci themed character extender was kinda cool, but it didn't make much sense for a race selection screen to be themed after a single race (that I don't use), so this mod patches it to be more generic and also makes other changes, such as:

- made the character preview scaled by 2.0 instead of 1.8 because otherwise it's extremely mixelly under certain conditions, i'm not sure if this is a common issue or if it's due to starbound's rejection of certain monitors

- removed the engravings from the gold bit to make it more abstract (and i didn't think the original looked that good)

- removed the difficulty (class) descriptions, because almost everyone uses a mod to change the difficulty-based mechanics and most of them don't change the descriptions (and it would still cause problems if they did)

- just too many to keep track of really, i think the images should give a good enough idea
