This is an updated version of the old Mod <ISBS - Living Systems> https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=741194923

I fully updated it, fixxed the no-event-bug and try to keep it updated.

This mod allows you to add civilian space traffic as well as space billboards etc via policies. You can also enable this for NPC-Empires.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION!

- you can add this mod to savegames. After 1 year ingame the civilian fleets will appear in your colonised systems (more than 10 pops per planet)

- it is NOT achievement-friendly

- there is NO WAY to remove fleet icons or to resize ships, at least i can't do that and don't have that on any plans

- you can reduce the amount of fleets to 1/3 if you don't like to have too crowded systems.

- you activate this mod in your empire POLICIES! :)
