ACE Extended Arsenal Compatibility - RHS AFRF

This adds Ace Extended Arsenal compatability for RHS AFRF decluttering a major portion of the arsenal where that is applicable.

There are some features like being able to tilt some berets, lower and raise some visors with the Pilot helmets and move some caps backwards while ingame using one of Ace Extended Arsenals futures.

IMPORTANT: Ace Extended Arsenal is known to not work well with limited arsenals.

Feel free to pack this with your units core/misc mod.
