ACE Extended Arsenal Compatibility - RHS USAF

描述
This adds Ace Extended Arsenal compatability for RHS USAF decluttering a major portion of the arsenal where that is applicable.

There are some features like being able to lower or raise your visor with the HGU helmets and being able to raise or lower your shemaghs while ingame using one of Ace Extended Arsenals futures.

IMPORTANT: Ace Extended Arsenal is known to not work well with limited arsenals.

Feel free to pack this with your units core/misc mod.
