Van's Retexture : More Vanilla Turrets

That one was sitting on the shelf for a while and decided to finish and publish it, now you can have fresh new textures for MVT with some small offset fixes for the Vulcan cannon and with a new rocket projectile for the Rocket Complex. Enjoy !

Q : Will you make mooooore ?
A : That one was 80% made a long time ago, but yeah if i play and feel like i could freshen up some textures for me and others then i will

Q : Is the offset for the Vulcan Cannon fixed ?
A : Yes, the size and offset of the Vulcan Cannon is fixed and is no longer little and sad.

Q : Why did you alter the description of the Devastator mortar ? I totally recall it being plasma.
A : Mostly because it's damages absolutely didn't match the rimworld plasma and had more of a charge sound, so now it shall be a charge mortar both in look and lore ! (Fight me)

Q : Some offset seems to be wrong, my turret is not centered !
A : From what i tested i didn't see anything but point it in the comments and i'll double check !
