After going on a cruise on this ship, I wanted to make it.

The Adventure of the Seas was a Voyager class ship built in 2001. It looked great for a cruise ship then, but they added that bulk on top of the bridge in 2019. It still looks pretty good, I think. I might be biased.

It has azimuth and bow thrusters, allowing you to go sideways. I'd recommend 0.13 throttle for the azimuths and full for the bow thrusters.

The helm is under a hatch on the deck on top of the bridge

It may be that you're at the wrong oil rig. There's many throughout the map. You're looking for the one with no platform/equipment on it, I think.
