Mech Status Immunity Fix

In vanilla, mechs take away all your status effects the moment you get on them, both debuffs and buffs.

i have no idea why this is

it's probably for planetary hazards? but you can easily add the epp immunity effects to a list

whatever the reason is it ends up causing more inconveniences than anything, like taking a healing item only to instinctively get back on your mech and have it wasted

this mod undoes that simply by patching "modularmech.vehicle". probably puts you in danger of modded planetary hazards, but you should get an epp anyway
