After a lot of testing, this mission has been updated to be beatable! (I'm a terrible player and I beat it, so, use abilities generously and have fun!)

As mentioned, likely recent updates to the scenario editor have altered spawning behavior and altered hopper behavior, and I've not had an opportunity to correct it. I appreciate your understanding.

Its impossible with all the hopers i even spawned about 200 rifle squads more with commands and still lose to all the hoppers there just so many
