LARC 5 - Amphibious Cargo Vehicle

The LARC is a small (shorter here than IRL) amphibious cargo vehicle designed for the US Army for over beach supply. Since the 1950's LARCs have been used across the world by a variety of operators, including the Australian National Antarctic Research Expedition (ANARE), which is the scheme this particular boat is in.

• Compact amphibious vehicle with a spacious deck for supplies etc
  
• Capable of 20knts in the water and 50 on land (considerably faster than the real thing)
  
• Automatic gearing for ease of use

• Smaller than the real thing so reserve buoyancy is not exceptional.
