it does not go straight that much, It just turns sometimes. Do I need to fix something with the torpedo or should I just shoot closer?

im trying to use this in a submarine, but when i fire it it instantly explodes, what could be causing this? its in a tube with no obsctructions, and i only activate the fire logic on the hardpoint connector.
