Allows for compatibility with Doodles War Flags & Flag Tweaks and Waifu Britannica.

Now you can play with Victoria 3's most subscribed flag mod and its one and only anime flag mod together in your playthrough (I am very sorry).

The flag definitions (flag triggers) from both mods has been merged in this Compatibility Patch, allowing you to enjoy Doodlez's war flags and flag options and Waifu Britannica's anime portraits and larger list of dynamic unifiers.

This compatibility patch should also work with other mods that uses Doodlez's flags and flag definitions.
