[Animated Glowing Medkit] Artoria Noble Phantasm

Artoria Pendragon, Fate Stay Night

This addon changes the Medkit / First Aid Kit skin to a blue, animated and glowing one, featuring Artoria Pendragon (or Altria)'s deadliest attack, infamous for the engrish and epicness of the execution, "EXUCARIBA!". The animation comes from Fate Grand Order, I cut the lenght because normally it would have been triple if not quadruple the frames, this one has 30 frames with a 0.2 seconds delay between each one, wanted to do something a bit unique and this is why it's animated glowing!
