No Mini Villages

Disables Mini Villages from generating in the shallow underground layer.
Note: Biome specific items for Mini Villages will become unobtainable with this installed, unless you spawn them in or have a mod that lets you get them from another method.

Originally a personal mod. I disliked seeing these pop up in the underground layer of planets, ugly to look at and boring to traverse.

This should work fine on its own, but probable compatibility issues with any mod(s) that edit the subregions for shallowunderground in terrestrial_worlds.config
