Submarine Vertical Navigation Display

hello

This is a Vertical Navigation Display or Submarine Orientation Display or Dive Status Indicator or whatever you want to call it, it doesn't exist irl anyway. It shows you where your submarine (plane if you're feeling adventurous) is situated in space and time. It visually displays Angle, Surface, and Sea floor, while giving you some other info in numbers.

It fits all screens, but some are better than others. 1x1s aren't recommended, 2x1s work but are limited. All sizes above 2x1s work the best, except 5x3s and up since they are big Why Would You Waste So Much Space On This



heres what the numbers mean (mason)

To get the display looking right, some configuration is needed. Mess around with these settings until you think it's good enough.



1. Aesthetic changes. Change these to better represent your submarine.

2. Depth scale. Change this to better represent the scale of the drawn ocean/sea floor.

3. Do You Think You're Ready?

Additional things to mind!!!

The depth sensor (whatever, as long as it has a negative output) and distance sensor should be very close to eachother and positioned in the keel of the bow (as far forward and low down as possible)

The submarine in the product photos isnt finished btw, and it wont have this screen when its done becaues its too OLD. OLD OLD STINKY is now finished! you can find it here. It still wont have the display though
