Pill Duration

描述
Pill Duration

This mod allows you to see the remaining duration of medical pills (Beta Blockers, Painkillers, Anti-Depressants, Sleeping Tablets and Antibiotics).
You can change which of the bars is displayed in the window with the mod "Mod Options" (link).
If you want to disable the borders arround the objects you can disable them as well with "Mod Options".

The remaining time is shown in ingame minutes.

The information window can be set visible by clicking the new floating button on your screen:



The position of the toggle button and the window are saved when you exit the game and applied when you load it. I used the mod "PZ-ClothingUI" mod as reference to implement this.

I removed the button from the health panel because it could potentially cause problems with other mods that change it.

Adding Support for other mods
A lot of people have asked about adding support for pills from other mods. I will definitely look into it, but I can't promise anything. Currently I don't have the time to work on adding support, but I hope I'll manage to do it in the near future.

the strange letters in the "tildes" appear in all the mods, it must be a problem with some patch that does not recognize the letters with "tilde" :/ (or at least I have the same problem with other mods)

Hi! In the Spanish translation there are these annoying letters where the accent should be (in somníferos, analgésicos y antibióticos) and I was wondering if it could be fixed somehow?

The Pill time duration not exactly the same as ingame time.
BetaBlocker shows 120 mins.
Played with 1hour gametime = ~1,5hours the pill timer is gone.
Played with 2hours gametime = ~42minutes the pill timer is gone.
Played with 3hours gametime = ~30minutes the pill timer is gone.
and so on...
No matter what gametime i set, in realtime it is ~3m:40s to ~3m:50s.
Maybe it depends on ticks? (Haven't check that)

did you add compatibility with they knew mod? dont want to risk my save to finding out you didnt add it yet btw great Qol mod

Can you add compatibility with the schizophrenia mod? They have meds in game to help with the condition, and my brother refuses to play without it, thanks!

It could work only as a bar that appears when you are under the effect of drugs and then disappears. So as not to interfere with the UI

A sandbox option to only be able to see pill duration based on medical skill could be a neat feature.
