描述

This mod is compatible with the game version 0.63.32 (V63) and ⛔not the newest patched version⛔.

A mod for the patched version won't be released in the near future, because of upcoming minor updates of the game.


To use the needed game version, follow these steps:

Open the LIBRARY in STEAM

On the list on the left, right click on SONGS OF SYX

click on PROPTERTIES...

In the new opened window, click on BETAS

click on the field beneath the text "Select the beta you would like to opt into:"

and select in the drop-down list ea63 - EA V63

Congratulations, you did it! 🏆

⚠️This mod is NOT PROPERLY TESTED and could cause bugs and crashes!

This mod is based on my other mod Very Easy Mode V63 which lacks of the "everything everywhere at once" aspect.

I don't know about save game compatibility, please test it on your own.

If you find bugs, please let me know. I try to fix them as good as I can.

The ridiculous mod

Original rates of the upcoming things have been muliplied by following factors:
(Designations can vary from those in the game.)

Factor

less reserach points needed for every technology

output per worker at laboratories

growth rate of plants and mushrooms in every climate

degrading of all resources
ridiculous
amount of everything but trees

yield of mines

yield of the following buildings: fishery, woodcutter, all animal farms, brewery, coaler, smelter, weaver, bakery, bowyer, carpenter, jewelry, mason, machanic, paper, pottery, ration, smithy, tailor.
Also will everything be generated everywhere. No specific terrain needed anymore for plants, animals or resources.

The Factory is compatible to the newest version. Please take a look.

The Factory can feed 250 and more people with only 2 workers, and you can produce fast enough, so you don't need 10000 of each resource on the city map anymore :)

Game crashes to desktop when I try to place my starting town or i get weird lines that tear across the map with random bits of the tear preventing placement. Is there somewhere I can send a dump file?

Thank you for your feedback. In my other mod "Absolutely Ridiculous Easy Mode V63" are more mineral deposits available in forests, but you don't get a lot amount of resources. Forests and mineral deposits are in competition with each other. Please try to have even some plain terrain on you're map to avoid the lack of minerals. I avoid including this aspect to this (Ridiculus Easy Mode V63) mod, because it could break the save games. I'm sorry.

Hello, I find your mod very fun, I just have one thing, perhaps a bug to report, if you hover over a starting position with high forest it will reduce the mineral deposits to nothing, meaning no sithilon etc will spawn there.
