Move quest tracker slightly to the right

moves the quest tracker like 13 pixels to the right .
if just the quest compass covers your hotbar this will mostly make it not do that

this one also uses new images for the box instead of overwriting old ones. so custom ui mods can replace them if they want to i guess . or sometthing
