(Starforge) Starmite background object Shrinker Patch

All this does is make the Starmite from Starforge small
The Starmite was a background object added with Starforge that would appear behind the ship which became annoying so i patched it to use the action figure sprite effectively making it tiny
all it does is replace one image so it should work with Fracken Universe as long as Starforge does
it includes starforge so it will load after Starforge
