Here's what I would do: 1. Rename the chocolate that's in the base game to "Dark Chocolate" (😋). 2. Change the milk chocolate recipe to 30 raw cocoa + 10 milk = 20 milk chocolate; i.e. compared to dark chocolate, you change a quarter of the nutrition input from raw cocoa to milk, and get the same nutrition output. 3. Make milk chocolate provide +5% movement speed for 6h, but otherwise have the same effects as dark chocolate.

And it should be fine for now, any updates to this mod will undo the change, so you might have to do it again later.
The author just needs to correct the PatchOperation for the Anomaly DLC, and have it use the second line instead of the first.
I feel like this mod could make a great foundation for a big chocolate based food mod if you wanted to make such a thing, there's a lot of different foods that can be made with chocolate, not all of which exist in other mods.
It cries out for an American style Chili mod for the stew maker. Cocoa powder is my 'secret ingredient' in chili.
