Greed Secret Room Fix

There's a glitch in the base game where the door to the Challenge room will be permanently locked if adjacent to a secret room where Greed was fought in.

This BASICALLY fixes that completely. Now when you defeat Greed in a secret room with this mod enabled, the door adjacent to the challenge room will open along with all the other ones like usual, though I'm fairly certain the intended behavior is that it becomes closed until you bomb the door. The door will close and will need to be bombed as normal if you leave and re-enter the challenge room, but I thought I'd leave this here anyway.
