I think it would be cool if the nation of Kaurna in oceania was able to form Uluru if they unify all of Australia (or most of it). You know, with the culture being aboriginal and all of that.
I know there is already an Uluru tag in the game that fires off as a secession in the region in a vanilla game, so maybe it shouldn't be too difficult to add it as a formable compared to the other nations you already added in the mod. :OkaySir:
