Smakker MG Controller

I made a machine gun pillbox and decided to condense the logic into a microcontroller for easier use. You can use quite a few, I've spawned 7 of these at the same as 5 more complicated shore artillery versions and still ran at full speed, although that may be the upper limit. That said, this would be great for MG emplacements on ships. You might even be able to use these for light autocannons, but I haven't tested it.

Also let me know if there's trouble with an unedited machine gun, I'll make a new lead function if it causes the problem I think it will
