Universal Winged Flight Tech [Limitless Vertical Flight]

What this mod does:

Sets flap cooldown to 0.3 instead of 0.6
Sets energy per flap to 1 instead of 30

The changes above thus allow limitless vertical flight. You can now flap at a slight vertical angle continously to be able to do an upwards flight as compared to the original mod, where vertical takeoff is needed.
Not to worry, it is not a number less than 0.3 so that you can see that you are... flapping. It has to be 0.3 as 0.6 is too long, gravity takes hold faster than you can flap to counteract it. Energy has to be less consumative, or you can't really flap either, thus it has been set to 1.

Customising the mod for yourself:

The Original Author gives a template but doesn't really say how to use it. TLDR(For dummies like me and you):

1. Download the template
2. Extract the template to \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Starbound\mods
3. In Folder \WingedFlightConfigTemplate\tech\WingedFlight, there are two files. Respectively, one is for Flight, the other for Glide
4. Open the tech you want to edit with Notepad
5. Edit the numbers, save changes.
6. Play the game to test out your new changes

Optional~ (For people who want to share the customisations)
7. Upload the Folder \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Starbound\mods\WingedFlightConfigTemplate using the Mod Uploader Tool you can access in your Steam Library, by clicking play on Starbound!
