Dark World - Toro

Nearly 3000 years after the world was covered by a dyson sphere in a failed attempt at an alien invasion, the world turned dark and quiet. Toro is a very mountainous region. Dust covers nearly everything, as nothing is able to kick it up, but the humans plan to kick it up eventually and colonize this part of the wasteland... To the top left corner of the region is a large junkyard, with some small encampments made by drifters a couple millennia ago but now inhabited by many robots. To the bottom left is a large city, which is now inhabited by "degenerates". You are a god, sent from another dimension by the prayers of "The Freeway". With humanity on the brink of extinction, will you find out the secrets of the dark world and be Earth's new beginning, or will you cause their downfall? You have the freedom to shape the world as you want and change it's history.

Bestiary:

-Degenerates: Once civilized beings, these creatures are the result of years of isolation, a lack of sunlight, despair, and lack of morality. They kidnap people who wander into their territory and turn them into one of them (the method is unknown, but it's probably not good). They are completely blind, but have a heightened sense of hearing to make up for this. They are weak, usually needing numbers to overwhelm their prey. They are mostly animalistic and their degeneration has no known way of being reversed, but it can be prevented by keeping people close together and hopeful.

-Rats

-Bugs

-Robots: Deployed on Earth during the alien invasion and still fighting for their masters a couple thousand years after the invasion, they are lead by cybercores who aren't able to convert the environment due to a glitch in their systems. They are hostile.

-Humans: They are scarce in this region and many others of the dark world. A lack of sunlight has caused plants to not be capable of photosynthesis and die, leaving humanity to mostly dine on rats and bugs instead. The plague doctors are humans who hold lanterns, which is vital to keep humans seeing their own home.
