KingdomDecay

This mod does several things to weaken and gradually kill off kingdoms without land (without fiefs). It also blocks them from specific actions. Does not apply to player-led kingdoms.

The included options are:

>>Disallow hiring mercenaries (default enabled) -- will not remove existing mercenaries, those will leave with time

>>Disallow declaring war (default disabled)

>>% daily chance to kill off a random member of the kingdom, to simulate desertion or death from hardship or bandits (default 10%)

>>% daily decay of clan influence (default 5%)

>>% daily decay of kingdom bank (default 5%)

>>% daily decay of hero gold (default 5%)

>>thresholds for all these values (when to stop decay)

>>number of days that a kingdom needs to stay without land before the effects are applied (default 10)

>>Rebel clan decay enable/disable (default disabled)

>>Weekly death chance of unlanded rebel clan heroes (will only apply to clans named "CITY rebels")

Uses MCM to allow changing these options in-game.

"Kingdom bank" is a hidden wallet kingdoms have, poor clans take from the wallet and rich clans deposit into it. At some point in the late game the banks get so stocked up that it takes very long for them to deplete.

Requires BUTR stack (Harmony, UIExtenderEx, ButterLib and MCM)
