描述
Simple mod that moves the notification area next to the outliner instead of on top.

This is the compatibility version of my mod Notifications not over Outliner

Compatible with \"More Spreadsheets\" (thanks to inch4tk for the help). Load this mod after \"More Spreadsheets\".

There is no conflict with Notifications Filter, loading order is irrelevant as we are altering different files.

I don't really get your second point. If you run the game at a resolution/UI scale that requires this mod, than there is no space to move the lens tools anywhere. Otherwise, check out the other version of this mod: http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2884318353

For me, this is not working with notifications filter. Should I load it before or after? Currently I am loading notifications filter before this one.

Also, I think the main problem here is the lens buttons being in the direct middle. Perhaps you should instead make a mod that moves the lens buttons over to the right, 1/4 of the way across the screen? Currently this mod makes the notifications look awkward.
