In base game, 20% of workers + another extra percentage based on their ratio of the general population becomes radicalized when they are fired from their jobs (downsize or poor profit doesn't matter)

Also the impact factor of radicalization from change in SOL is 5%

This mod halves all the percentages so that radical spike isn't as crazy.
