[1.11] Risorgimento

描述
This mod adds some events for the Italian Risorgimento:

New events:
- the Abdication of Carlo Alberto,
- the Plombieres Pact,
- the Plebiscites,
- the Second independence War
- the Mille expedition.
- The Roman Question (including the France protection)

and some more..

Moreover it add all the historical Italian Kings .

Notes
After the Plebiscites, the Papal State still has Rome as a single province country.
Italy is usually created without the Venetian state, as historically was. A strong ally is suggested to gain that province (Prussia may be a good choice).
Bourbonic provinces are not Incorporated after the war, as it wasn't easy for the newborn Italy to handle with the South Italy

This mod if fully compatible vith BPM ( I strongly suggest to use it)
This mod requires Community Mod framework.

Tried but noticed some critical issues, once the chain of events is over... we have half the world that hates us... and rivals everywhere...
in my opinion because of the infamy of the two wars ... ok so you have Italy but at too much too high a cost ...

Appears to be an issue with the Plebiscites kicking in after Lombardy is taken.

Not sure whether you also need Garibaldi serving as a general for the Thousand to kick in?

I gave 1 view to the event file, and to the Journal file.
But then satisfying the conditions of the Journal, do the events that lead to the Union are triggered?
Is there a minimum date to be achieved or is it independent of the date?

Adding the "statuto Albertino" as a decision, where it is changed the Autocracy to Census Sufragy (Constitutional Monarchy) when Intelligensia and Industrialists had a clout major to 50% in a period of time, and also the flag is changed to the green, white and red with the Saboya's coat of arms...
