Fighting Baseball names for American characters

Replaces the male Yankee/Dixie template for name generation with the first and last names from the Japanese version of the game Fighting Baseball/MLBPA Baseball (1994).

This only changes randomly generated characters and not historical characters, so Andrew Jackson isn't going to be named something like Anatoli Mixon

Some background: The Japanese devs didn't have the licence to use the MLBPA players names when creating the character roster, so they had to come up with their own American names. This resulted in names like "Mike Truk" and "Mario McRlwain"
