Historically Accurate Interest Groups

Annoyed that interest groups are too homogeneous? Want more unique traits depending on the country? Think that some of their positions are inaccurate? This mod is for you then. I was annoyed how the intellectual interest group was basically a catch all for anti-absolute monarchy liberals. The problem with this is there are plenty of countries that start out in a semi-liberal state. France and the UK are a constitutional monarchy, Prussia has schools and propertied women, and America has census suffrage. Yet despite this semi-liberal start, all of these countries underwent political turmoil. The game doesn't reflect this. The intellectual interest groups in these countries are the same as anywhere else, and so in these semi-liberal states they're actually happy, or at least neutral. When in reality they were the ones pushing for reform. This mod fixes that by adding unique traits for the British, American, French, and Prussian intelligentsia interest groups. It basically makes them want more changes than the default intellectuals. This represents the fact that there was still political turmoil by liberals, especially in Prussia and France, even though they had some decent laws. The French intellectual group has a new radical republic ideology, making them hate the monarchy and the wealth voting regime. The American one is the same, and the British one has a distaste for wealth voting too. Lastly, the Prussian one isn't satisfied with the current religion law. I also adjusted a few other positions, which you can see in the changelog.

This all should have the effect of early to mid game liberals advocating for change more often in these countries, making them a little less stable. Compatibility

It should work with current savegames. And it'll work with other mods as long as they don't change the paternalism and republican ideologies. The changes are pretty similar to my other mod, Relevant and Angry IG's, so they're not incompatible.

- Added a chartist leader ideology, which is anti non-universal suffrage voting. Only British intellectuals are eligible to get this.
- Adjusted the paternalistic ideology, which landowners get, to be neutral on landed voting, and disapprove of appointed bureaucrats (landed voting is less power to them than oligarchy and autocracy, so they shouldn't be happy when they go from those laws to landed voting) (appointed bureaucrats is less power to them than hereditary, so they shouldn't like it)
