Better State Outliner

描述
Improves the state outliner with some useful information, taking up as little extra space as possible. It shows peasants or unemployed, whichever is biggest. It also highlists a state name in red if it is below 0 infrastructure balance.

Thanks! Could you create a ledger or country ranking list with more items? Because I like to compare my country's data with that of others. Of course it would only be those data that are accessible, I don't mean the secret data of each country
