A mod based on HPM Japan from Victoria 2

Not referred to as a full port or anything because it is not as detailed as it could be.

Features;

-Unite Japan as the Shogunate in a race against time against the Imperialists

-Unite Japan as the Imperialists, launching a rebellion and restoring the Emperor of Japan (You must fight an Independence war to trigger scripted events)

-Play as any Diamyo (though not fully intended to be played, you could possibly unite Japan with enough effort)

-Post-Unification Journal Entries for you to Complete

Would it be possible to give Kansai access to iron? It is very difficult to prepare an industry in time to fight a war of independence before being integrated by the Shogunate.

Did I miss something when playinh as the Imperialists? The odds seem overwhelmingly against you considering you have to fight the Shogunate and all of its Diamyos(I dont see a way to convince any of the Daimyos to join my side)

Would love some unique events as imperial Japan, perhaps one forcing the subject into America's market which would allow the purchase of resources from outside the country

@deezer You need to launch an Independence Diplomatic Play as the Emperor before the Shogun can annex Ryukyu (Which is a Qing Tributary)
