Crafting Recipes for Non-Racial Protective Armor

This mod adds fair crafting recipes for non-racial armor. Inluded are the armors listed here:

- Tier 1-4 mostly share the recipe of racial armor
- The medic backpack recipe is added at the anvil aswell
- Silver armor uses silver bars instead auf tungsten bars
- Gold armor uses gold bars instead of platinum bars
- Tier 5 and 6 armors are craftable at the replicator without addons
- Tier 5: Camo armor uses aegisalt like the racial armor from the accelerator's table
- Tier 6: Mysterious armor uses "matteritem" and more bars, instead of a tier 5 armor within the recipe
- Matteritem: This was a vanilla item that got removed. This was used to craft mysterious armor in the past.
- Matteritem is now craftable at the atomic furnace for 1 solarium ore, 5 liquid erchius fuel and 5 crystal erchius fuel
