Simply Faster Followers

Increases the movement speed of crewmembers and quest-related followers from 15 to 17, so they walk slightly faster than the player. I've had this tweak sitting on my disk for ages, and I can't remember exactly what two extra points of speed entails, but I believe they'll be able to keep up with sprint tech. Let me know how it feels.

You can still leave them in the dust if you use crazy dash-momentum combos; I would have to set their speed to something like 50 for them to keep pace in every conceivable case.
