Removes the golden overlord border.
Yep.

EDIT:
Vanilla has removed the Overlord Borders so you can safelly remove this mod
If this changes i'll update the mod again...

What about germany?The bottom of the German flag is red,and if some puppet states are also red,it will result in the puppet flag remaining only in black and white:RedChirppy:
