Victoria 3 has great immersion. But one thing that I find missing from that is the lack of lower education. Schools were a big thing in the Victorian era and not having them seems kind of weird. I know that there are laws for it and institution but that isn't actual schools. So I have made this mod to fix one of many things that Victoria 3 is lacking.

For dummies like me: The default production method in these schools is "None" (since if you have no education instit. you can't have schools). This means the building looks like it gives no benefits--which it doesn't with the default production method. So e.g. to see what the first level of a school unlocks, look at the tech itself in the Technology Tree and hover over:
