About
State transfer tool, finally in Victoria 3! This tool allows you to transfer states to other countries, and revoke states from subjects. State revocation from a subject gives infamy relative to the state population, without a cooldown.

V2.0
You can now mark multiple states and transfer them at the same time! Check out screenshots to see how.

Excellent mod because it is relatively simple if you cheese (abuse) it properly. When you want a state from another nation even if you don't have regional access to them, simply switch over to them to transfer their state to yours (current primary nation) on the diplomacy menu. This works for treaty ports and colonized fragments too.

is there a way to split states with this, the Own console command is tedious and doesnt even seem to be working anymore
