A mod that makes the Ottoman Empire dark red and Norway navy blue, for better historical authenticity (but mostly FLAVOR).

There was an issue in 1.2 that was causing Kazakhstan to be deleted from the map. I've gone ahead and made an updated version which fixes the issue.
If you'd like to integrate it into this main version at some point, feel free to do so and I will retire my branch.

The new pdx launcher 2023 give me for this mod an error message in the initial playset: "metadata file is missing or it cannot be parsed".

norway is that color just because its in a Personal union with sweden lol, if it goes independent its red

@Worukan yes, virtually every mod in Victoria 3 is ironman and achievement compatible
