@"Technae" There is a mod that protects against flares called Rt solar flare shield, But it uses a TON of power

solar flares are annoying. i wish there was a gameplay method to deal with them like being able to build machines that reduce power output but insulate vs solar flares, cause right now the only way to deal with it is to revert to pre-electricity for a couple days

In real life, solar flares happen just like RimWorld - at least once or twice a year, and it shuts down the entire planets electronics and the economy and human life collapses. Oh wait, it doesn't, because irl solar flares don't work that way. Right. Cheers on a great mod that I wish wasn't necessary.

The moment you forget to disable the incident in the scenario editor so you have to use a mod mid safe lmao. Great mod, as it always was.
