Story Disabler Quick Start - Grassland Planets Consistency Patch

This is a simple consistency patch for Story Disabler Quick Start that makes Grassland Planets always spawn as Tier 2, to be in line with the other early-game planets. Doesn't do much other than that.

Because this mod is so lightweight, it actually does not require Story Disabler nor Quick Start, and can be used on its own - it's merely intended to be an add-on to them. Because of this, it is compatible with anything that doesn't conflict with Grassland Planets itself, likely including Frackin' Universe.
