Adds a "warm" Lithoid city appearance & rulers room background.

Unlike my other version of this mod, this is for the player only, AI Lithoid empires will use the vanilla "cold" Lithoid city appearance & rulers room background.

Save game compatible, can subscribe or unsubscribe at any point.
If you do stop using this mod part way through a game; your city appearance, rulers room and\or ships will convert to whatever makes sense for the species you are playing as. If you are Lithoid, you'll convert to the default Lithoid appearance. If you are Human, you'll convert to the default humanoid appearance. Etc.

This mod doesn't edit any files, it adds new ones.

Compatible with all mods. Safe to put anywhere in your load order playset.
