Para Bellum submod - Faster melee

This submod is designed to work with the Para Bellum Collection OR Para Bellum Combat, depending on your choice. It halves the armor and shield values, to make a bit faster the battles.

Installation instructions:

1. Subscribe and place the Para Bellum submods above the main Para Bellum mods in the Mod Manager.
