Orgoglio Del Mare Class Aircraft Carrier

Overview
The Orgoglio Del Mare, or "The Pride of the Sea", was a large aircraft carrier made to shut down the Erilean Navy once an for all. She was the first in her class, but others followed such as the "Conquistatore" and the "Fortezza di ferro", along with 3 others in the class. She was the pride of the Segierian Navy, and was the flagship for many years. She was given many nicknames, most notably the "BUIF" or the "Big, Ugly, Indestructible, Fu*k". She was able to house a large capacity of aircraft for the time, able to hold multiple types of biplane and monoplane fighters, dive bombers, and torpedo bombers. Although her rear end was considered ugly by many sailors, it became one of the well-known parts of her design as she made up for it with her "indestructibility". 6 in the class were made, only 1 was sunk, the "Corona Reale".

Armament
Orgoglio Del Mare was lightly armed as she only carried 4 light AAA guns, yet she made up for it with her capacity of aircraft that were available to protect her, and attack opposing targets.

Special Features
The Orgoglio Del Mare was one of the first ever naval vessels to employ an electric drive along with its traditional diesel engines. This caused less emission, making it far ahead of it's time. It also was fitted with a controlled flooding system that was able to control the amount of water that filled each compartment when the ship was flooding. It also had a special area for aircraft repair and had a crane onboard as well.
