This is a re-upload of the mod made by Cole Avenue found here:

This mod basically does the same thing as before with the added benefit of your first horde growth tech having a army cap increase. The cap increase is due to Nakai only being able to field a limited amount of armies and his vassal no longer makes defensive armies for some reason.

The mod will show a new "Colonize" option when capturing cities along with the usual options.

There are probably a few bugs with this version due to WH3 having a lot of new tables to update so I might have missed some functionality. I had to change the base functionality of the horde type Nakai belongs to which there is some generic Norsecan faction that might be affected by it as well.

If you have issues with cities you cannot capture please let me know or use this console command mod to fix it:

i could not get to interact with any settlement as nakai it creshed the game, but saw in rpfm a table that whas not updated, soo hopfully you will update it soon

Great mod. The only issue I run into is that Nakai is unable to trade a settlement after taking control. Otherwise this is a great mod. Thank you

Hey man, love the mod, it seems great for coop since just by having 1 city it enables trading, city trading, outpost building and military access. However I think I found a bug; sending an army into ruins straight up crashes the game to desktop. I am not playing with many other mods, just mixus and landmarks basically.

No this mod would not do that. This mod gives the Nakai faction the ability to have its own settlements.

i confed Nakia and his hord building tree is gone would this mod give it back to him

It is now updated for the Chaos Dwarfs DLC. Please let me know if capturing any new cities crashes. I tested taking the new Chaos Dwarf capital and saw nothing wrong.
