Patch Fix: One

Hi @Noot, no so far this only fixes on text issues associated with some mods but I intend to use it as a base to fix any issue other mods are facing. You can always try setting the certainty down for Oncology as that will mean the doctor will take less time diagnosing the patient, but you run the risk of misdiagnosis. Oncology is pretty dependant on labs though and it will typically use them a lot.

does this mod change anything about the fact that any Patient directly takes 4/5 lab tests at arrival? my lab is getting flooded. only using oncology and sexual health department plus DLC, thanks in advance

Also @Abaddon, I am looking into this too, the developers truly have done their best in the current system, structure and engine to make performance as good as it can be, but there are corners that can be cut that they wouldn't normally do so (mainly because it might effect certain aspects of what they wanted as a game). Rimworld is a good example of modders making performance much better when used in a multi-mod situation. I am using those examples to see what we might be able to do with PH to increase performance

@trinity20kau, I am on it, unfortunately a lot of the old modders aren't active anymore, which is fair enough, it has been like 3 years. I am currently working on making the patch mod you see here a code mod and using it to overrride and fix problems with other mods, mainly because their developers are just busy with life (the downside to amazing mods!). I have to use Harmony patching and code to make this work though and i think it is a lot more complicated then I think but the game is finished update wise, so I want to ensure every past mod works with the current game, and I'll happily support my fellow modders by getting this mod to fix any issues itself.

It'll take time but I will take every mod issue on, I look forward to the challenge haha.

Hi, is there any way to patch in a fix for the duplication of dialysis when using the urology and nephrology mod or is that outside of what this mod addresses?

Is it possible for you to improve the performance of the game when it exceeds 600 employees...?

for the examination ChromoSome Breakage - Test, the tooltip description just says "!LOC! EXM_MOREDG_DEB_TESTING_DESCRIPTION".

That's because you are likely subscribed to Bedside Examinations (No DLC) by Butch, it changes the stock Biopsy. Subscribe to the DLC version or check out the compatibility section of the Oncology workshop page, I have made a tutorial for users to fix this themselves if they cant use the DLC version.

oncology does not perform biopsy, which is just absurd
