Better units stats info panel

Reworked units stats info panel so now it shows the maximum number of stats for each class (a total of 12), and the common rows shared between the different kind of units match, making it easier to compare the stats of different type of units. Also several scales of values are adjusted to improve the proportions of the bars.

Compatibility:
- It should be compatible with most other mods, including overhauls (though I haven´t tested).
- This mod is included with Para Bellum Collection and Combat, so it is not necessary to subscribe if you use any of these mods.
