Achievement Compatible

Description
Title says it all.

Rival any nation regardless of their power.
End rivalry decreased to 1 year cooldown; number of rivals remains unchanged.

Wage war of humiliation on almost any empire.
Although you can rival there is no change to the containment war goals i.e., “End Threat”


Compatibility and Load Order
- Should work anywhere in load order.

Since this is an overwrite it should be compatible with most mods but those mods function changes around casue belli and war goal for humiliation will probably be lost unless they have created there own humiliation routs.

Honestly surprised, I have made a couple tweaks hopefully removes all limits now. I will maybe look into seeing if there is a way to stop the AI, there probably is I just currently don't know how and not really got the patience to work on this mod.

It works on 3.14 up to a certain point of power level disparity unfortunately.

Far as I can tell this still worked but its been update now anyway with few fixes I guess.

This does not change anything to do with espionage.
If you are trying to spy on fallen empires this mod can't do that for you.

Renamed the Rival file so that if you are using Merger of rules this will still work.

As far as I can tell this still works fine. If you have issues its possibly a conflict between mods best way to check this is by using Irony Mod Manager.
