William 'The man behind the slaughter' Afton returns to rivals! With a vengeance! Who knows what he did to get all those quirky attacks of his.

Everything is tentative. Changes:
-Respriting in progress

-New DTILT: Afton Flare
Start with a strong attack, and super armor afterwards for a brief period.
-New NSPECIAL: Knife!
Throw ten knives instead of just one.
-New DAIR: Afton Spike & Anvil
Strong variant is a simple, downward spike. Attack variant places anvils that falls after a brief period.
-New FAIR: Afton Rush
Strong variant is a 5-multihit to a strong punch.
-New NAIR: Afton Snap
Strong snap with a strong sweetspot at the first frame.

it is baffling me that upspecial is creating 9,216 hitboxes in a single frame so that has to be ironed out before pushing.
