HE'S OP i wont nerf cause this is a joke character meant to pi´ss your opponent off

William The man behind the slaughter Afton comes to rivals. His movement mirrors the fnaf minigames movement. The golden badge costumes are the balanced version of the character, whereas the black badge costumes have the frame data that I originally envisioned.

If you want a good representation of this character's AI, think of a kid that is poking you constantly, and when you try do so something about it, the kid acts like nothing is happening and stop during 5 seconds. Then it keeps poking you. That's a good representation of the AI of this.
