Restored Stomp Mechanic (Script)

Restores the unused/cut stomp mechanic on all gamemodes but in a simple way not touching gamemode elements aka "gamemodes.txt" file.

Stomping a infected doesnt have a first person animation , meaning that you can only see the stomp animation on thirdperson and other players but not on yourself while in firstperson.

NOTES:
-You can also stomp special infecteds (but killing them with a stomp is pretty rare)
-Coach doesnt have a stomp animation. (ask Valve for a FIX)
-You can instant kill a witch with the stomp if there is no other enemies near her.
-Sometimes doing a stomp doesnt produce any sound, nothing i can do to fix that.
